INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING OR UPGRADING THE APP

For ease of sharing it is important that you have the app on your phone. please read all the instructions carefully for your device carefully. REMEMBER the app is available from the NxSpot website only!

 

iPhone:

IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER BEFORE INSTALLING:

You can only install the app from the Safari browser so:

  • Ensure you are using the latest version of Safari (if not upgrade to the latest version before attempting to install).
  • Ensure you have cleared the cache of your Safari browser before trying to install.
  • Only one version of the app can be installed at one time.

How to install

  • 1. Download the latest version of the browser (if you’re not using it already).
  • 2. MUST CLEAR: Browser data and History.
  • 3. Visit Nxspot.com.
  • 4. Log in using your username and password.
  • 5. Visit your profile.
  • 6. A pop up will drop down telling you how to add to Home Screen.

  • To install the NxSpot app on your iPhone, tap and then Add to Home Screen.

  • 7.Click
  • 8. Click add to Home Screen.
  • 9. The app will now be visible on your Home Screen.

All Android Phone

  • Ensure you are using the latest version of either Google Chrome or Firefox (if not upgrade to the latest version before attempting to install).
  • Ensure you have cleared the cache of your Google Chrome or Firefox browser before trying to install.
  • Only one version of the app can be installed at one time.

How to install

  • 7. Click the pop up to start the download
  • 8. The app will now be visible on your home screen.
  • 9. If the pop up does not show the first time. Click the Kebab Menu and choose: Add to Home Screen or Install App dependent on the device.
